Abstract: Morphological, chemical geographical and the studies of pollen grain by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) for the species Leucaena leucocephala (Fabaceae). Different external and internal morphological, chemical geographical and pollen grain characteristics were found in the examined species. Also the chemical analysis suggested the total. The detection for flavonoids using HPLC (High performance liquid chromatography) found six compounds of the aerial parts of this species which are they. Kaempferol-3-O-rubinoside, Isorhamnetin, Chrysoeriol, Isorhamnetin 3-O-galactoside, Quercetin-3-O-rhamnoside and Luteolin-7-glucoside. The pollen morphological analysis using light microscopy (LM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) done.
